Aldi almost single-handedly (props to Lidl too) changed the grocery shopping game when it first came to the UK in 1990.

The fan-favourite discount chain is renowned for its jaw-dropping bargains, obscenely large bottles of prosecco, and impressive array of continental cheeses, and every time I go in there to do a weekly shop I am staggered, staggered, that it costs me less than a tenner.

As you can tell, frequenting Aldi can be quite the experience.
