Mila Kunis has called out her husband Ashton Kutcher for his awkward pictures with co-star Reese Witherspoon.
Now, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have become Hollywood’s most loved couple since they got together. The pair met in 1998 when they both starred on That 70’s Show, in which Ashton played the leading role of pretty boy, Kelso, and Mila played his on-and-off girlfriend, Jackie.
When That 70’s Show came to an end, Ashton and Mila had apparently forged an enduring friendship, despite the 2 of them having separate professional and love lives.
Ashton appeared in movies such as What Happened In Vegas (2008), No Strings Attached (2011), and his recurring role in the comedy series, Two And A Half Men (2011-2015). Mila focused on her acting career, too, starring in movies such as Black Swan (2010), Friends With Benefits (2011), and doing the voiceover of Meg in Family Guy (1999-present).
They have both gone on to make a name for themselves in the entertainment industry, and you’d struggle to find anyone who didn’t know who they are.
Kutcher has recently hit headlines over the new movie he’s starring in alongside Reese Witherspoon, as Mila has called him out on those awkward promotional pictures.
The pair are set to co-star in the Netflix rom-com, Your Place or Mine, and while fans are excited to see them work together, most people could not stop laughing about how awkward the pair looked on the red carpet.
And Reese revealed that Mila called them out on it.
Speaking on Today, Reese opened up about a recent conversation she had with Mila, in which she brought up the photos: “She even emailed us last night. She goes, ‘You guys look so awkward on the red carpet together’.”
She added: “It’s just fun ’cause when you know a girlfriend so much, it was just fun to get to know her significant other ’cause I’ve loved her for so long.”
However, the actress promised things weren’t actually as awkward as they looked on set.
“He’s so professional. He’s the funniest guy. I mean, such a goofball. We had so much fun.”
When fans saw the photos of Kutcher and Witherspoon, they couldn’t help but give their opinion on why they looked so uncomfortable together.
One wrote: “Ever see your man with that girl you “don’t have to worry about because they are friends? Exactly the same energy here, I’d be watching very carefully Meg.”
While a second added: “It definitely awkward when you don’t want it to look like you’re sleeping together and then you have to touch each other or stand too close or have a conversation in public. Not sayin’ just sayin’.”
“Maybe they don’t like each, he looks like he’s trying not to breath in the air she breaths out at that moment,” a third said.
However, another wrote: “Not every famous person…knows every other famous person. It’s like someone saying “oh, you’re from Texas…you must know so and so” Let’s give a little grace.”
