She shared the amazing news on Sunday, writing: “We said YES!” along with a series of photos of the couple at Disneyland with Sleeping Beauty’s iconic Castle in the background.
She continued: “Thank you @tiffanyandco for the stunning ring and to Bob Iger and the incredible team at Disneyland @disneyweddings for pulling off this magical surprise!”
But her engagement isn’t the only thing getting the internet talking recently, as fans have just discovered Wilson has 3 siblings, all with pretty unusual names.
Fans were taken aback when they learned the names of her family, which included her younger sister Liberty, who was born in 1982, two years after Rebel.
Her sister Annachi, who was born in 1992, and her brother Ryot, who was born in 1988, have also got everyone talking.
One fan wrote: “Why did none of you tell me that Rebel Wilson has siblings named Annachi and Ryot, were you keeping it from me for a reason.”
Another responded, “Who’s in charge of names in that family?!”
“’No. Surely not. What kind of parent does that?” a third commented.
Rebel has spoken out about the unique name choices her parents make in the past, telling the Daily Telegraph in 2011: “People ask if my parents are hippies, but they’re actually very conservative.”
“A girl called Rebel sang at their wedding and that’s where my name came from. My three siblings and I all have middle names after English royalty. Mine is Elizabeth, which is what I was known as at school.”
