Brad Pitt Once Bid £120k For One Night With Emilia Clarke

Brad Pitt once bid £120,000 in order to get the opportunity for one night with Emilia Clarke.

Now, Pitt is a one of the biggest names in Hollywood, and for good reason! Born in Shawnee, Oklahoma in 1963, Pitt began his career in the late 1980s, appearing in several television shows and low-budget films before gaining widespread recognition for his roles in major motion pictures.

Pitt’s acting career took off in the 1990s with roles in films such as Thelma & Louise and Legends of the Fall. He continued to gain critical acclaim for his performances in movies like Fight Club, Ocean’s Eleven, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, for which he earned an Academy Award nomination.

In addition to his acting career, Pitt has also become a successful film producer, with his production company, Plan B Entertainment, producing award-winning films such as 12 Years a Slave, Moonlight, and The Big Short.

Pitt’s personal life has also garnered significant media attention, including his highly publicised relationships with actresses Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, and Angelina Jolie. Despite the media scrutiny, Pitt remains one of the most beloved actors in the industry, known for his talent, charm, and philanthropic efforts.

However, there was one incident where his well-built reputation almost came tumbling down.

Emilia Clarke, best known for her performance as Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones, revealed on The Graham Norton Show that Pitt once bid a whopping £120k to spend one night with her!

“There was this auction thing that happened,” she shared. “They called me and were like do you want to auction something off like an experience…like watching the show [GOT] with you.”

However, as the event grew closer, she admitted: “I suddenly remember that I’d said I’d auction something off, so the fear grows.”

The thirty-six-year-old admitted she was “petrified” of the star-studded event, and so she colluded with her friend to get them to bid on the night with her so that she wouldn’t be too embarrassed.

“I was like thanks very much, it’s very sweet and then someone else’s paddle went up on the other side of the room,” she continued.

“I didn’t really know and suddenly, it was becoming a bit of money a bit of money.”

Pitt’s bids went from $80k, and then up to $90k, then eventually reaching a ridiculous $120k!

“I was thinking this is mental and then someone else said, it’s Brad Pitt and then I went lol” she revealed. “And then I look over to the room and Brad has his paddle up.”

Despite all this build up, Pitt was sadly outbid, and hence Clarke’s night of watching her show ended up with someone else.
