Fans are bringing up one alleged saucy element in the background of Dua Lipa’s recent social media post of her in her bathroom.
And it’s understandably gotten everyone talking.
Now, Dua Lipa is one of pop’s brightest young acts, and it’s hard to believe that her rise to stardom began just less than ten years ago. Born in London to Kosovo Albanian parents, Lipa attended Sylvia Young Theatre School, where she uploaded her own songs as well as covers.
From there, the twenty-seven-year-old worked as a waitress while trying to make it in music. In 2014, she got her first big break when her track ‘Hotter Than Hell’ led to her signing a contract with Warner Bros. Records.
By 2016, she was breaking into the top ten with her feature on Sean Paul’s ‘No Lie’, and she went on to release her first album in 2017. From there, Lipa has been unstoppable, with ‘New Rules’ becoming her first UK number 1 record.
Her second album, Future Nostalgia, was released in 2020, and it truly cemented Lipa as one of the biggest names in the music industry, with its hit songs such as ‘Don’t Start Now’, ‘Levitating’ and ‘Break My Heart’.
However, the star’s latest reason for hitting the headlines is not for her artistry, but rather for her personal life.
In particularly, for a steamy photo of the star which she shared online.
Lipa has been open about her s*x positive opinions before, telling The Sun last year, “As women, we have been oppressed on how you are supposed to look or be. We have been pushed down for too long to truly feel who we really are and explore the sexual and feminine side of ourselves.”
And she continues to express herself on her social media platform.
Dozens of fans picked up on her recent suggestive selfie, which featured the singer post shower stood in front of the steamed up door, which appeared to feature a few hand prints.
One fan wrote: “She’s living her best life.”
While another added: “the shower marks ouuu.”
“There was nothing clean going on in that shower from what I see,” a third remarked.
Someone else joked: “I feel like this image perfectly captures couples being like ‘so we’re trying for a baby.’”
