Taylor Swift has shown just how generous she is, after it was revealed that she has given out substantial bonuses to her truck drivers.
Fans can’t believe how much she’s given them as a thank you for all their hard work.
Now, the buildup to the tour was huge, as it marks Swift’s first time on the road since 2018. Considering the star has released 6 whole albums since then, it’s no surprise that Swifties had to battle in the great war of Ticketmaster in order to get their hands on those precious tickets.
However, thus far, Swift proved her complete and utter commitment to putting her best foot forward. The show lasts for over 3 hours, with the setlist clocking in at a mammoth forty-four songs.
While in Nashville, she even performed her entire set in torrential rain until 2am after it was very nearly cancelled thanks to lightning delays.
However, her performance is the only thing fans are gushing over online, many are praising the star for her generosity too.
Swift apparently decided it was time to thank the 50 production truck drivers who had been responsible for transporting all of the equipment across the nation as she readied to wrap up the US portion of her tour.
It was revealed that the star has given $100,000 (£78,300) bonuses for the truck drivers who have been working tirelessly on her tour.
In addition to the drivers, other people reportedly received bonuses as a ‘thank you’ for their assistance, including band members, dancers, lighting and sound professionals, and caterers, just to name a few.
Dozens of fans have shared their thoughts online, with one writing: “This is what compensation looks like! they were contributing to a tour that will end up making a billion, and so they are getting paid accordingly! taysocialist DEBUT.”
