Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso was arrested in Texas over the weekend.

Musso, who played Oliver Oken in the Miley Cyrus-fronted series, was charged with public intoxication and theft after being arrested in Rockwall.

The star also featured in other Disney shows, such as Phineas and Ferb and PrankStars. He returned to the entertainment industry last year after a ten year hiatus with a mixtape titled Ghost.

The police had been dispatched in response to “disturbance at a hotel located in the 2600 Block of Lakefront Trail in Rockwall, TX.”

“Upon arrival, officers contacted the complainant who advised an individual who appeared intoxicated entered the hotel, selected a bag of chips and began eating them,” the Rockwell police department said, via CNN.

After being asked to pay for the crisps, Musso “became verbally abusive and left without rendering payment.”

“A routine records check also revealed Mr. Musso had several outstanding traffic warrants out of the Rockwall Police Department. He was transported to the Rockwall County Detention Center where he was booked in for the charges,” the police’s statement said.

Musso was in jail for one night before being released on a $1,000 bond on Sunday afternoon.
