Earlier this month, a TikToker attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Los Angeles. Naturally, she wanted to capture the experience by taking a few photos during the concert.
But it was only after the concert that she discovered she had actually asked a celebrity to snap her photo.
The buildup to The Eras Tour was huge, as it marks Swift’s first time on the road since 2018. Considering the star has released 7 whole albums since then, it’s no surprise that Swifties had to battle in the great war of Ticketmaster in order to get their hands on those precious tickets.
However, thus far, Swift proved her complete and utter commitment to putting her best foot forward. The show lasts for over 3 hours, with the setlist clocking in at a mammoth forty-four songs, including 2 acoustic surprise songs that change every night.
Spanning her entire career, the concert features songs from all but one of her 10 albums. For those who have followed the star from the very start of her now illustrious music career, it’s a once in a lifetime experience to see parts from her entire discography live on stage.
So, it’s understandable that tickets for the show are red hot, and fans are prepared to do anything to be in the same room as the star, particularly when there are a host of surprises during concerts throughout the year.
But one fan revealed she had a pretty unexpected surprise when it came to taking pictures at the show.
TikToker, Neen, revealed that she asked a “super nice” Swiftie who was standing next to her and her friend if she would mind snapping a photo, to which she happily agreed.
As she was taking the picture, Neen noticed she looked “so much like Cristina Yang from Grey’s Anatomy.”
She later shared on TikTok: “We didn’t realize until she was taking our photo and then we were way too scared to ask in case we were wrong.”
But it seems their speculation was right.
Neen didn’t realise she had been speaking with Sandra Oh until much later, after the actress herself posted a photo at the concert.
“Confirmation we literally asked Sandra Oh to take our picture,” Neen wrote, sharing the pic.
Dozens of fans have commented on her post, with one writing: “YOU MET SANDRA OH?? AND YOU LITERALLY DIDN’T EVEN KNOW OH MY GOD.”
While another commented: “No way did you just brush past the fact it was Sandra Oh like oh my god. The dream.”
Incredible!
