The 18-year-old daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise was spotted sporting black bottoms paired with a thin cream knit sweater during her outing on Monday. Completing her look with black sneakers and printed socks, she listened to music through her headphones while enjoying her walk.
Suri’s appearance comes after she celebrated her 18th birthday earlier this month, coinciding with her estranged father’s absence as he was filming the next Mission Impossible movie in London. ‘Tom does not exist to her,’ a source revealed, indicating that Suri officially severed all legal ties with her father on her milestone birthday.
Upon turning 18, Tom, 61, was no longer obligated to pay child support, which reportedly amounted to about $400,000 annually. ‘Suri will not have any contact with her father, despite being 18, and even if he called, she would not answer,’ the insider disclosed. ‘He does not exist to Katie or Suri, and his daughter does not want to rely on him for anything.’
Holmes, 45, was married to the Top Gun: Maverick star and prominent Scientologist from 2006 to 2012. Following their divorce, she departed from the church and has since raised Suri in New York City, maintaining minimal contact with Tom over the years.

As Suri approaches the completion of high school in June and prepares to embark on college life in the fall, she is reportedly considering her options, with a preference towards studying fashion. ‘Suri is applying to schools all over the place.
