YouTuber Katie Stivers, who attended the show, posted a video explaining that several audience members refused to remain quiet during Davidson’s performance. She expressed her frustration, stating, “He shouldn’t have had to walk off stage because you guys don’t understand that because you see crowd work on TikTok that you think every comedian needs to be heckled to the point that they leave stage with one joke left. It’s just absolutely absurd.”

Stivers confirmed that attendees were asked to leave their phones at the door, a common practice at many stand-up events in recent years, making it unlikely that clips of the heckling will surface. While Davidson has not yet commented publicly on the incident, many commenters have come to his defense online.

Davidson’s “Prehab Tour,” which started in late 2023, has already seen its share of controversies. In December, he canceled a show in New York City just two hours before it was scheduled to begin, followed by the cancellation of several upcoming dates with little warning. He further stirred controversy in February when he dropped out of a gig at Radio City Music Hall just hours before the event, where he was set to open for controversial comedian Matt Rife.

Despite these issues, fans remain eager to see Davidson perform as he continues his tour across the country. His upcoming schedule includes shows in Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, and the northeastern United States, including Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Maine. Tickets for many of his upcoming performances are still available, although attendees may need to surrender their phones before entering the venue.
