Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been in high spirits lately, despite swirling rumours of a potential divorce.

During an appearance on “Today with Hoda & Jenna,” “E! News” co-host Justin Sylvester shared his recent sighting of the couple. He mentioned seeing Lopez and Affleck “at dinner two weeks ago,” where they appeared to be in good spirits.

“How do I say this on daytime TV? They looked like they still are enjoying one another,” Sylvester told hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager.

Intrigued, Kotb urged Sylvester, 37, to provide more details about his observations.

“They looked like they were happy at a restaurant. They were chilling. He was his normal broody self. She was talking his ear off. Like, they looked like they were in good form,” Sylvester elaborated.

While Sylvester didn’t disclose the location of their dinner, he expressed his support for the couple, saying he is “rooting for them.”

Speculation about Bennifer’s relationship intensified last month when reports emerged that Affleck had moved out of their marital home. The rumours gained further traction over the weekend when TMZ reported that the couple is selling their Beverly Hills house, which they purchased for $60 million last June.

Potential buyers have been touring the lavish property — now listed at “around $65 million” — for the past few weeks, but it remains unsold, according to the outlet. A source previously told Page Six that Affleck had “come to his senses” regarding his relationship with Lopez, whom he married in Las Vegas in July 2022.

“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would. He feels like the last two years was just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work,” the insider claimed last month.

Since then, both Lopez and Affleck have been spotted both wearing and not wearing their wedding rings. They have also been photographed together at least twice amid the split rumours: once at his son’s basketball game and again at his daughter’s high school graduation party.

Lopez’s career has also been affected by the personal drama, as she recently canceled her tour to spend more time with her family.

The couple, who first dated in the early 2000s before rekindling their romance in 2021, have not directly addressed the rumors about their marriage.
