Lip Reader Reveals Sweet Remark Prince George Said To Kate Before Waving To Onlookers

A lip reader has revealed the adorable remark Prince George made to Princess Kate during the Trooping the Colour procession. The 10-year-old seemed bewildered as he rode in a carriage with his mother and younger siblings, Charlotte, nine, and Louis, six. George remarked to his mother, Kate Middleton, ‘they all look so happy,’ according to lipreader Juliet Sullivan, before waving to the onlookers who had gathered to wish King Charles a happy birthday.

This event marked The Princess of Wales’ first public appearance in months, as she has been receiving treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer since late February. Her presence ensured her children could enjoy the day celebrating their grandfather’s birthday without having to travel to the palace alone.

Prince George looked on at the assembled crowds along the Mall during the procession, and Kate beamed as she accompanied her children in the carriage. The Princess was later seen speaking with Louis on a balcony on Horse Guards Parade. Louis was playing with a curtain drawstring and asked his mother, ‘you know how they make these, ma?’ Juliet Sullivan also noted that King Charles seemed enamored by the event, remarking, ‘Look at this! Wonderful! So colourful,’ as he rode in the carriage with Queen Camilla.

Prince William participated in the parade on horseback, while his children appeared alongside their mother in the carriage. Kate’s presence likely reassured the youngsters as they watched the fly-past from the Buckingham Palace balcony, where Prince Louis famously covered his ears to block out the noise in 2022.

Ahead of her appearance, the Princess penned a moving personal message thanking the public for their support over her cancer diagnosis. She revealed she is making ‘good progress’ but acknowledged the ongoing challenges of her treatment. Kate expressed gratitude for the support and encouragement she and William have received, noting that it has helped them through difficult times.
