A founding member of No Doubt has died aged 57.
Gabriel “The Gun” Gonzalez, the original trumpet player for the band, tragically died after a motorcycle accident on 12 September at Hermosa Beach, California.
Gonzalez was born on July 11 1967. He gained his skills playing the trumpet at Loara high school, where he first met Gwen Stefani and her brother Eric.
He played with No Doubt on-and-off throughout the years in the 80s and co-wrote many of their earlier tracks.
