The Kim Scott hospitalization that drew police and emergency crews to her Michigan home on Saturday followed an apparent suicide attempt, according to dispatch audio obtained by TMZ.
TMZ says the dispatch audio begins with a dispatcher sending first responders to a Chesterfield address for a “suicide attempt.” The dispatcher then relays information from the caller, saying the caller’s aunt had cut her wrist with a knife.
What the 911 audio says
TMZ reports the emergency call came from Scott’s home. In the dispatch audio, first responders are sent to the Chesterfield address after the situation is described as a suicide attempt.
The dispatcher is heard quoting the caller, who said his aunt had injured herself with a knife. Scott was then taken to a hospital after police and emergency crews responded.
TMZ also obtained video showing Scott being wheeled out of the home on a gurney and placed into an ambulance. It is grim, invasive material — the kind of thing that often spreads online before anyone involved has had much privacy, or time.

Kim Scott is best known for her long, turbulent public connection to Eminem. The two were married twice, and both marriages ended in divorce.
That history has kept Scott’s name in public view for years, even when the story itself is not about music, fame, or fandom, but a private crisis involving emergency responders and a hospital trip.
Previous arrest in Chesterfield
Scott has also had previous contact with law enforcement in Chesterfield. In May 2026, she was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after police said she crashed into a parked car.
The latest incident is separate from that arrest, but both were reported as taking place in Chesterfield, Michigan.
