A few months ago my girlfriend mentions going to the cinema. Great, I thought – I love going to the movies and we don’t often get the chance.

‘I wonder what they’ve got on?’ I said to myself. Something explosive, something superhero-y.

Nothing, there was absolutely nothing on.

So I begrudgingly agreed to go and see A Star Is Born.

What. A. Film.

Honestly it’s one of the best films I’ve seen in ages; by the end I was almost crying. And those two, wow, just wow.

Those of you who have seen the film will be well aware of Shallow, essentially the main song from the film, and those who were in attendance at Lady Gaga’s recent Las Vegas concert only got to bloomin’ see it first hand along with none other than A Star Is Born co-star Bradley Cooper!

In the middle of her Enigma residency show at the Park MGM on Saturday, the pop icon addressed the crowd: “So a really good friend of mine… I don’t know if you know him but his name is Bradley. He made that movie A Star Is Born.”

When Cooper joined her on stage, Gaga explained that she’d provided monitor speakers so the actor would be able to hear himself on stage, telling him: “I even got you in-ears.”

“Jackson never used these,” Cooper joked in reply, referencing his rebel character in the film.

Cooper seemed pretty excited, though, shouting: “Hello Vegas!” before the two got into it.

Check it out below:

Stunning, I mean simply stunning.

That song literally makes the hairs on my body stand on end – look what I’ve been reduced to!

Like me, the internet was loving the duet:

Thanks to the film, Gaga received a Best Actress Oscar nod for her role as Ally, becoming the first artist to be nominated for Best Actress and Best Original Song in the same year.

Cooper is nominated for Best Actor.

And rightly so!

It’s weird, I know these two are happily married and all that, but I sort of really, really want them to be together forever.

I’m sure their partners wouldn’t mind.
