Lizzo has slammed the disgusting rumours that she killed a fan by stage diving into the crowd at one of her concerts.
The singer addressed the ridiculous claims in a TikTok video where she discussed the most “annoying” lies people had made up about her.
She said: “So, I’ve seen a lot of annoying things about me on the internet but the thing that bothers me the most is this rumour that I stage dived at a concert and killed somebody.
“Like, that rumour, it’s a lie, first of all. I’ve never stage dived in my life and b*tch, how, like killed somebody?
“Y’all really gon’ put that on my motherf*cking name? Like, I know I’m big but b*tch, I’m not that f*cking big.”
She then goes on to demonstrate what it would actually look like if she was stage diving, by jumping onto her bed.
The Good as Hell singer ends the video by saying: “B*tch.”
She captioned the TikTok, “STOP THE 🧢.” The cap emoji means “lies”.
The 33-year-old has never been shy about her body, often promoting body positivity and confidently posing nude on her social media channels.
“I started talking to my belly this year. Blowing her kisses and showering her with praises,” she said.
“I used to want to cut my stomach off I hated it so much. But it’s literally ME.”
Sadly, Lizzo has faced a torrent of vile abuse from trolls throughout her career.

Though she regularly posts about self-love, positivity and confidence, the comments she receives from trolls are utterly vile.
Last year she was forced to quit Twitter because of the constant abuse.
She said: “Yeah I can’t do this Twitter sh*t no more.. too many trolls…I’ll be back when I feel like it.”
Sadly, she has not yet returned to the platform and her last tweet was posted in April 2020.
She also had to shut down trolls when she read a body-shaming tweet on Jimmy Kimmel’s Mean Tweets segment.
The singer replied: “Yeah, I’m a big b*tch, and I ride a bus. A tour bus, motherfucker. Where’s yours?”
