Police in Las Vegas have arrested a man in connection with the 1996 shooting and subsequent death of rapper Tupac Shakur.
The precise charges against Duane “Keffe D” Davis, who was taken into custody early on Friday, are not immediately known.
Since the hip-hop artist was murdered on the Las Vegas Strip 27 years ago, the case has confounded detectives and captivated the public, and the arrest represents a long-awaited breakthrough in that regard.
