Sopranos’ Drea de Matteo Reveals Staggering Amount She Makes From OnlyFans

In August 2023, Drea de Matteo, renowned for her role as Adriana La Cerva in the iconic series The Sopranos, made headlines by announcing her foray into the content subscription platform OnlyFans at the age of 51 (now 52).

Barely six months into her venture on OnlyFans, de Matteo has divulged staggering financial success, revealing that her earnings were sufficient to settle her mortgage debt in a matter of “minutes.”

In an interview with DailyMail, de Matteo recounted a challenging period when she found herself on the brink of financial turmoil, with only $10 to her name amid foreclosure threats and personal tragedies. She navigated the distressing situation, grappling with the loss of her mother and financial constraints for her other mother’s dementia care.

However, joining OnlyFans proved to be a turning point for de Matteo, as she experienced an instantaneous reversal of fortunes. She described the remarkable moment when she cleared her mortgage debt within minutes, rescuing her home from the brink of foreclosure. Despite facing backlash and intense scrutiny for her decision to join the platform, de Matteo’s success quickly became viral news, sparking widespread attention.

She said:

“They put me into foreclosure and my house had flooded, so I was trying to sell the house quickly,” she said. “I wanted to try and sell it before they took it.”

“At the same time, I lost my mom, and my other mom, who has dementia, had run out of money for her caregiver. I didn’t know which way was up.”

“I was like, holy s–. In five minutes, I was able to pay back compass real estate who kept the sale of my house…. I did it, but I didn’t want to do it. I got a lot of heat for doing it and it went f—— viral and people went nuts.”

Recognized for her outstanding performance as Adriana La Cerva, de Matteo earned the prestigious Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2004. Beyond her iconic role in The Sopranos, she has showcased her talent in various projects, including the Friends spinoff Joey, Shades of Blue, Assault on Precinct 13, Desperate Housewives, Sons of Anarchy, and Mayans M.C.

Presently, de Matteo is involved in two films in post-production: That’s Amore!, featuring an ensemble cast including John Travolta, Katherine Heigl, and Christopher Walken, and Nonnas, which stars Vince Vaughn in the lead role.
