Megan Fox recently opened up about her past marriage to Brian Austin Green, describing it as ‘unfulfilling’ and admitting to ‘falling in love with other people’ during their relationship, in an episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast.

The actress, 37, who recently confirmed the end of her engagement to Machine Gun Kelly, candidly discussed her relationship with Green, 50, whom she married in 2010 and separated from in 2020, with their divorce being finalised in 2021. They share three children: Noah, Bodhi, and Journey.

Reflecting on her past, Fox confessed to being less than perfect in her role as Green’s partner, acknowledging that both of them had their faults. She attributed their struggles partly to the fact that they got together when she was very young and lacked the maturity for such a committed relationship.

Furthermore, she revealed that she often found herself ‘falling in love with other people’ due to her youthful naivety, never truly experiencing single life until after her divorce.

Green also shared his perspective on their relationship on his own podcast, admitting that Fox missed out on the opportunity to be a single, young woman while at the height of her career.

Since their split, Green has moved on with Dancing With The Stars pro, Sharna Burgess, with whom he shares a child. Meanwhile, Fox started dating Machine Gun Kelly in 2020, and despite getting engaged in 2022, she revealed on the podcast that the engagement has ended after a turbulent year between them.

Regarding her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly, Fox emphasised that it is not for public consumption and declined to comment on its current status. However, she acknowledged a strong connection to him, referring to him as her ‘twin soul.’

While their romantic relationship may have its ups and downs, Fox and Machine Gun Kelly continue to co-parent and prioritise raising their children. Despite their glamorous lives, Fox expressed concerns about her children being in the public eye, emphasising that she wants them to have their own experiences and not be influenced by her past.
