“I first encountered the concept of a ‘no a**hole policy’ when I arrived in Hollywood. People would talk about it like, ‘I don’t work with a**holes.’ At first, I thought, ‘That sounds reasonable,’” Wilson shared in a video posted on March 15.
“However, it truly hit home after I had to deal with a particularly unpleasant individual. Now, I unequivocally adhere to a strict no a**holes policy,” she continued.
