Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Alleged Victims ‘Told FBI Everything’ Before Raids

Federal authorities took action on specific accusations of sex trafficking during the recent raids on two properties belonging to Diddy. According to officials, the alleged victims have been forthcoming during interviews.

A Department of Homeland Security officer, requesting anonymity, disclosed that the investigation into the 54-year-old rapper and entrepreneur has been ongoing for several weeks. The case involves various allegations, with authorities particularly concerned about a potential history of sex trafficking.

“We believe that there is a disturbing history of sex trafficking,” stated the officer, emphasising that the investigation is based on concrete and detailed allegations rather than random suspicion.

The public became aware of accusations against Diddy following a federal civil suit filed by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in November of the previous year. While the initial case was settled out of court promptly, three subsequent lawsuits alleging sexual assault have emerged, all vehemently denied by Diddy. As of now, he has not faced any criminal charges.

The decision to search Diddy’s properties was not arbitrary, according to the officer. Allegations surfaced during the civil suits, prompting thorough investigation and judicial approval for the raids.

Aaron Dyer, Combs’ attorney, did not respond to requests for comment from The Post.

During the raids conducted on Monday in Los Angeles and Miami, Homeland Security agents seized electronic devices and other potential evidence. The focus of the search includes gathering photos, emails, texts, and other communications pertinent to the investigation.

The multi-agency inquiry is led by the US attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York, with Homeland Security investigators executing the search warrants. In response, Dyer criticised the raids as excessive and pledged to vindicate Diddy.

In addition to the search, authorities are interviewing alleged victims and witnesses involved in civil suits against Diddy. Sources indicate that these interviews have been thorough and detailed.

Despite the scrutiny, Diddy remains free. He was prevented from leaving the country on Monday, opting to stay in Florida. However, law enforcement emphasises that he is under investigation, not under arrest, and is free to go about his activities for now. Nonetheless, authorities assert their determination to pursue charges against him if warranted, regardless of his whereabouts.
