50 Cent ‘Seeks Sole Custody Of His Son’ After Ex Was Named In Diddy Lawsuit

50 Cent is reportedly taking legal action to seek sole custody of his son, Sire, following recent developments involving his ex-girlfriend, Daphne Joy, in a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs. A source close to the situation revealed to Us Weekly, “Given the latest developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is going for sole custody of his son.”

While 50 Cent’s representative declined to comment on the matter, Daphne Joy has yet to respond to request for comment.

The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson III, shares Sire, who is now 11 years old, with Daphne Joy. The couple parted ways shortly after Sire’s birth in 2012. Additionally, 50 Cent has another son, Marquise, 27, with his ex Shaniqua Tompkins.

Following the revelation of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones against Sean “Diddy” Combs, 50 Cent reacted on Instagram with a photo of himself smoking a cigar in the rain. He captioned the post, “I didn’t know you was a sex worker, you little sex worker. LOL. Yo this s–t is a movie.”

Although Daphne Joy hasn’t directly addressed the allegations, she shared a cryptic message on social media, captioning a clip of herself hiking, “Thank you God for your love.”

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who collaborated with Combs on his latest album, accused the music mogul of sexually assaulting him. The lawsuit also mentioned Daphne Joy, along with other individuals, alleging that Combs paid them a “monthly stipend.” Furthermore, the documents implicated a man named Brendan Paul as Combs’ alleged drug mule.

Amidst these legal battles, federal agents raided Sean “Diddy” Combs’ homes, leading to the arrest of Brendan Paul. Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, dismissed Jones’ claims as “complete lies,” asserting they have evidence to refute them. Holley also criticised Tyrone Blackburn, Jones’ attorney, for ignoring their attempts to share evidence and vowed to address the allegations in court.
