Travis Kelce Wants To Name His Child After An Arnold Schwarzenegger Movie

It seems that Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, is considering naming his first child after an iconic Arnold Schwarzenegger movie character. During an episode of the “New Heights” podcast, Travis and his brother, Jason Kelce, had the opportunity to interview Schwarzenegger himself. In the conversation, Travis jokingly mentioned that he might name his first child Conan, after Schwarzenegger’s character in the 1982 film “Conan the Barbarian.”

Schwarzenegger’s portrayal of the warrior seeking vengeance in “Conan the Barbarian” left a lasting impression on Travis, leading to the playful suggestion of naming his future child after the legendary character.

This humorous exchange isn’t the first time Travis has hinted at thoughts of starting a family. In a previous podcast episode, he made a lighthearted comment about a basketball player’s impressive height, jokingly suggesting the player was “made in a lab.” However, Jason, his brother, quickly intervened, urging Travis to avoid giving rise to unnecessary speculation, especially given his high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift.

Travis and Swift have been dating since last summer, with Travis expressing that he’s incredibly happy in their relationship. Despite the attention their relationship receives, Travis remains upbeat and positive, emphasizing his contentment and fulfillment.

In addition to his personal life, Travis is venturing into the entertainment industry as the host of Amazon Prime’s upcoming competition series, tentatively titled “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity.” This new show, based on the popular “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader” concept, will see contestants competing against a panel of celebrities. Travis is set to begin rehearsals and media coaching soon, with production slated to start this summer.

While Travis continues to excel in both his athletic career and burgeoning entertainment endeavors, it seems he’s also looking forward to the possibility of expanding his family, with the potential for a little Conan or perhaps another creatively named addition in the future.
