The 30-year-old Callum recently shared a significant quote on Instagram, suggesting a shift in his perspective. The message, extracted from a book, read: “If you want to change the world… get over being a sugar cookie and keep moving forward.” This profound statement was also captioned under his Instagram post.

This introspective quote was sandwiched between an array of selfies and lighthearted videos, showcasing snippets of his life post-split with his latest romantic interest.

Callum’s encounter with his ex of three years, Molly Smith, on the All Stars villa, came just six months after their breakup. Despite their decision not to rekindle their romance, they aimed to salvage a friendship, seemingly reconciling by the show’s end.
