80s Rockstar’s Fiancée Dead After Falling Off Cruise Ship Following Argument

Kimberly Burch, the fiancée of Faster Pussycat frontman Taime Downe, has sadly died after falling from a cruise ship. She was 56.

Her mother, Carnell Burch, shared with media that her daughter sadly went overboard after a heated argument with Downe.

The couple had been together for six or seven years.

They had been on a Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas for their 80s themed cruise which set sail on February 27 from Miami and was scheduled to dock home on March 6.

Her mother claimed that Downe called her on Monday to share the heartbreaking news. But the incident reportedly happened on the first day of the cruise.

It is not clear at this time if Kimberly fell or jumped, on the ship.

Carnell is insistent that her daughter had no emotional issues but added that she had been drinking which was out of character for her.

A spokesperson for Royal Caribbean Group shared the following statement: “Our crew immediately launched a search and rescue effort, is working with local authorities, and we are providing support and assistance to the guest’s family during this difficult time,”

“To respect the privacy of our guest’s family, we have no additional details to share.”

The US Coast Guard revealed that the incident happened around 20 miles from Freeport, Bahamas.

Heartbreaking, RIP.
