Vince Neil’s girlfriend was arrested on a domestic assault charge in Tennessee, but the publicly available facts remain considerably thinner than the early headlines suggest.
Rainbow Hannah Andreani, who goes by Rain Hannah, was booked by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office on November 1, 2026. USA TODAY, People and Page Six independently reviewed records showing that Andreani, 45, was released on November 2 after posting a $5,000 bond.
Her first court appearance is scheduled for December 3. As of November 6, no plea, charging document, police account or subsequent court action had become public. Neither Andreani nor Neil, the frontman of Mötley Crüe, has commented on the case. USA TODAY also reported that Neil’s representative did not respond to a request for comment.
What do the records actually confirm?
The booking records confirm that Andreani was detained on a domestic-related assault charge. They do not, based on the documents publicly described by news organizations, identify the alleged victim or explain what authorities believe happened.
TMZ reported that Andreani allegedly assaulted Neil after the couple argued, damaged his home and then became physically violent. That account came from an unnamed source, not a police report, prosecutor or court filing. No other outlet has produced public documentation confirming Neil was the alleged victim or that property was damaged.
That distinction matters. An arrest establishes that authorities took someone into custody. It does not prove the allegation, settle who was involved or provide a reliable sequence of events. Andreani’s booking photograph shows a neutral expression, which is about as legally informative as booking photographs usually are.
Under Tennessee law, domestic assault can involve alleged violence against several categories of people, including a current or former dating or sexual partner. Andreani and Neil reportedly began dating around 2011, placing their relationship within that definition if Neil is eventually identified as the complainant.
What happens next in the case?
Andreani’s scheduled December 3 appearance could provide the first official detail about the precise allegation. It may also establish whether she has retained counsel and how she intends to plead.
Until then, several basic questions remain unanswered:
- Who authorities identify as the alleged victim
- What conduct forms the basis of the charge
- Whether prosecutors have formally filed supporting documents
- Whether Andreani will enter a plea at the first appearance
No public statement has been issued by Andreani, Neil, their lawyers, police or prosecutors. Cover Media likewise reported that Neil’s representatives had not commented.
The silence leaves the confirmed record limited to the arrest, charge category, bond and court date. Everything beyond that, including the reported damage to Neil’s home, remains an allegation traced to TMZ’s source.
A turbulent period for Andreani and Neil
The arrest follows an unusually difficult stretch for the couple. In February 2025, Andreani was aboard Neil’s Learjet when it collided with a parked aircraft at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona. The Associated Press reported that the pilot died and Andreani was injured. Neil was not on the aircraft.
Three months later, reports said Neil and Andreani separated after he learned of an alleged affair. The allegation was never verified publicly. They reportedly reconciled in June 2025, about a month after the split.
Those events provide background, not evidence in the Tennessee case. For now, the legal record says Andreani was booked and released on bond. The more dramatic account may prove accurate, partly accurate or wrong, but the court process has yet to supply the documents needed to tell the difference.
