Amber Heard has the most beautiful face in the world, according to science.
Per UNILAD, Dr Julian De Silva from London’s Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery revealed the fact after using face-mapping technology to figure out who has the most beautiful face.
The technique revolves around the Greek Golden Ratio of ‘Phi’, or 1.618.
This decides the perfect ratio of facial features, taking into account the eyes, nose, lips, chin, and face shape.
In 2016, De Silva used this calculation on a variety of faces, and deducted that Heard’s was the most beautiful, coming out with an impressive score of 91.85%.
He spoke to Us Weekly at the time about the technique, saying: “The Greeks discovered that the ratio occurs everywhere in nature and for thousands of years it has been thought to hold the secret formula of the world’s most beautiful faces.”
The revelation of Heard’s scientifically beautiful face has come as a shock to some fans, who referred back to Heard’s infamous trial against Johnny Depp.
One said: “I don’t think anyone ever disputed that Amber was beautiful. That being said, this proves nothing about her kindness, intelligence, honesty, or any part of her internal being. Personally, this doesn’t change a thing in the Heard/Depp interactions, unless you believe that the beautiful/handsome are inherently good.”
Another wrote: “Looks wise she’s a budget version of Grace Kelly. As for her personality she gives Jeff Dahmer a run for his money.”
While a third wrote: “I have to disagree perfectly balanced features sure but Megan fox and Angelina Jolie are imo the most beautiful.”
The news comes after it was revealed Heard has moved to a whole new continent following the trial, and even changed her name.
The star has been seen enjoying time with her daughter, while reportedly renting a villa in Mallorca, Spain. The mansion was reportedly once on the market for 2.8 million Euros but was removed when she moved there.
The Spanish newspaper El Mundo reported that she used a different name to rent the property, presumably to not draw much attention to herself.
Locals have recognised her, but she has allegedly seamlessly blended into the community.
“Everyone here treats her like one of the others; in fact, she’s been in this town for months without anyone knowing,” a local resident told El Mundo.
The idea of anonymity must be ideal for Heard now after such a public trial. To further that anonymity, she used the name Martha Jane Cannary to rent the villa she’s staying at, according to El Mundo.
Martha Jane Cannary was the name of frontierswoman Calamity Jane, an iconic Wild West figure. As the story goes, after a lengthy career of swashbuckling and encountering crazy adventures, the frontierswoman finally traveled with Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show and made performances across the nation.
Despite others slandering her and questioning her decisions, Cannary set her own route and handled things in her own way. There are still varying accounts of her today, including whether she was a saint or a criminal.
