Rihanna and A$AP Rocky secretly welcomed their second child together earlier this month, it has been revealed.
The pair welcomed their first child back in May 2022, but were notoriously secretive about their little one, only announcing his name earlier this year.
However, sources have revealed to TMZ that Riri’s second child is another baby boy, and his name also begins with an ‘R’. He was born on 3 August.
It comes after the ‘Umbrella’ singer announced she was pregnant for a second time during the Super Bowl earlier this year.
Rihanna performed on the Super Bowl stage as the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs were playing at the State Farm Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
However, if social media is anything to go off, fans were far more interested in figuring out whether Rihanna was expecting a child than the halftime show itself, thanks to her mysterious belly-rubbing that kicked the show off.
Given the birth of her son the previous year, Rihanna acknowledged that she had to give her decision to perform at the big game some thought, but that motherhood eventually drove her to take the stage for the much-anticipated halftime performance.
She said: “When you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world — you can do anything.
“And the Super Bowl is one of the biggest stages in the world, so as scary as that was … there’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all.
“It’s important for my son to see that.”
The name of Rihanna’s firstborn was finally revealed back in May of this year
The Daily Mail reported that the birth certificate named the little one as RZA Athelston Mayers. RZA seems to come from the name of the leader of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan.
