Another notable figure in the YouTube realm is MrBeast, also known as Jimmy Donaldson, boasting 240 million followers on the platform. In addition to his beloved videos, MrBeast is venturing into the confectionery industry with Feastables, his successful confectionery business.
Feastables made a splash in 2022 with the launch of ‘MrBeast Bars,’ which reportedly garnered $10 million in sales. While this figure pales in comparison to Prime’s staggering $1.2 billion annual sales, according to Bloomberg, MrBeast is not slowing down.
On Saturday (February 17), MrBeast took to social media to make what he dubbed “the biggest announcement of my entire life” in a brief video. He highlighted how his product has always boasted of being superior to a Hershey’s bar, a claim he humorously remarked wasn’t difficult, given that “doesn’t everything taste better than a Hershey’s bar?”
MrBeast revealed that he had traveled the globe to develop the “best ever chocolate,” emphasizing that it is now made with the “best formula.” To substantiate his claims, he shared footage of people participating in a blind chocolate taste test, where his chocolate emerged as the clear favorite among participants.
Fans erupted with excitement in the comments section of the video posted on social media. “As a native to Pennsylvania for 17 years, I can confirm that absolutely everything tastes better than a Hershey bar,” one fan affirmed. Another pledged, “I’m going to buy one, you better not let me down Jimmy.” Even KSI himself chimed in, requesting, “Pls send me some.”
This announcement comes after MrBeast disclosed that he rakes in around $600 million to $700 million annually. However, despite his massive success, the 25-year-old maintains that he does not consider himself rich, citing the substantial revenue generated by his videos and brand deals.
