Noah Cyrus Responds After Being Caught Liking Thirst-Trap Photo Of Miley’s Ex Liam Hemsworth

Noah Cyrus has responded to criticism after she liked a post shared by her sister Miley Cyrus’ former husband, Liam Hemsworth, on Instagram. Miley and Liam’s relationship, which began when they were teenagers, ended in divorce in 2019 after a decade of on-and-off dating.

Recently, Liam has been promoting his latest movie, “Land of Bad,” which hit theaters in February. Despite receiving mixed reviews, Liam expressed gratitude on Instagram for the support, posting a black and white gym picture with a caption thanking fans and adding the hashtag ‘#legday.’

While Liam’s post garnered widespread likes, Noah’s like on the photo raised eyebrows among users, given her familial connection to Liam as Miley’s younger sister. Some social media users voiced their surprise and disapproval of Noah’s action, prompting backlash.

In response, Noah seemed to address the criticism in a now-deleted Instagram Story, expressing amusement at the backlash over trivial matters. Screenshots of the story captured Noah’s sentiment: “theres [sic] no greater joy than seeing yall get sooooooo angry over the dumbest sh*t it’s so entertaining and funny.”

Despite the backlash, some defended Noah, suggesting that her relationship with Liam may have developed independently over the years due to his connection with Miley. One Reddit user likened Noah’s Instagram like to a harmless gesture, emphasizing that Liam played a quasi-brotherly role in Noah’s life during her formative years.

The scrutiny surrounding Noah’s social media activity coincides with rumors of family tension involving Miley and Noah’s mother, Tish Cyrus, and reported challenges in Tish’s marriage to Dominic Purcell, known for his role in “Prison Break.”
