In an Instagram statement posted just weeks after the reunion aired, Jayden and Eden announced their split, with Eden expressing her shock, saying, “The person I chose didn’t choose me.”

Speaking on Hit Network’s The Pulse with Seany B & Emma G, Eden confirmed the breakup caught her completely off guard. “I didn’t really think that there was anything that much wrong with the relationship. He broke up with me, so just out of the blue one night,” she disclosed.

Eden emphasised that the breakup occurred without any significant conflict or warning signs. “He just said, ‘I just feel like this isn’t right’,” she shared.

Adding to the drama, Eden revealed to Daily Mail Australia that she hasn’t been able to reach Jayden since the breakup. “He won’t reply to me. He hasn’t replied,” she revealed, indicating a chilly silence on his end.

Reflecting on the aftermath, Eden expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support she’s received from fans and co-stars alike. “It’s been crazy, to be honest,” she admitted. “I really didn’t expect such love and support from everybody. And I’m really grateful for that.”

Despite the heartache, Eden affirmed her decision to take a break from dating for the time being. She acknowledged the backing she’s received from her co-stars, particularly highlighting Lucinda’s unwavering support. “We speak on the phone quite a bit,” she disclosed, emphasising the camaraderie among the cast members.

Eden also addressed the controversial night out between Jayden and Lauren, which further strained their relationship. “The events of what happened after that night out… that was kind of the nail in the coffin for me, I think, and I never got an apology,” she revealed, shedding light on the lingering tensions post-breakup.
