The actress says she is focusing on recovery and “getting stronger every day”

Christina Applegate has spoken out after reports that she was recently hospitalised.

The actress shared an update with fans, thanking them for their support and addressing concerns about her health.

And she kept it honest.

Applegate said that health challenges have become a constant in her life, but made it clear she is staying positive.

“I’m a strong chick and I’m getting stronger and better every day,” she wrote.

The actor was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2021, a condition that affects the brain and spinal cord and can impact movement, balance and everyday tasks.

She has previously opened up about how long the symptoms had been building.

According to Applegate, she started experiencing issues years before her diagnosis, including numbness and difficulty with movement.

It is something that has changed her perspective.

She has spoken about how everyday things once taken for granted now feel very different, and how her priorities have shifted as a result.

For now, she is taking time to focus on her health.

But she also reassured fans that she will be back to share more soon.

And judging by her message, she is not slowing down.
